MAdoors's VR-450 ground montage type automatic air pressure vehicle restraint systems ; Trucks, trailers, containers, etc. The wheel and tire locking wedge system offers an automatic and efficient solution for the safety of vehicles and people during loading and unloading operations at the factory sites.

The easy-to-use, fully automatic MAdoors VR-450 ensures that the truck remains stationary during loading and unloading operations, preventing unexpected departures or movements. This system consists of 2 parallel pits per loading area, on either side of the trucks, with 1 row of single wheel chocks installed for each pit. With the pneumatic lifting of the wedges next to the wheels, the vehicle is locked in place. This prevents any accidental movement of the vehicle.

The new type MAdoors VR-450 automatic vehicle tire chock locking system provides an automatic and efficient solution for the safety of vehicles and operators during loading and unloading of goods from cargo transport vehicles (trucks, lorries, containers, etc.).

Easy to use MAdoors VR-450 , by locking the wheels of the trucks during unloading / loading . It ensures a safe loading by preventing the truck from moving forward while the loading forklift enters and exits the vehicle body. The truck whose wheel is locked does not slide forward and does not fall between the forklift loading area and the truck trailer. Fatal and material damage accidents are prevented.

The working logic of MAdoors VR-450 is as follows.

  •  The MAdoors VR-450 can only be operated (locking or unlocking the truck) in the ramp standby position and the sectional door closed
  •  The sectional door can only be opened when the MAdoors VR-450 system is in the locked position (truck locked)
  •  The dock leveler can only be operated if the MAdoors VR-450 system is in the locked position (truck locked). This working logic makes it impossible for the truck to exit the truck before the goods loading or unloading process is finished.
